By creating a BuyLane account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

BuyLane is a personal tool for tracking things you plan to buy. It’s provided as-is and may change over time as we improve it.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password and personal API token secure, and for the activity under your account. Keep your email accurate so we can reach you.

Acceptable use

Don’t use BuyLane to break the law, abuse the service, or attempt to access other people’s data. Don’t overload or disrupt the platform.

Pro subscription & billing

• Pro is an optional subscription ($3/month) billed through Polar, our merchant of record.
• It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Taxes are handled by Polar where applicable.

No warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for any loss of data. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the service; we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes. You can stop using BuyLane and delete your account at any time.
